What to be....what to be.

I dont know what to dress jett up as for halloween. I want to have his costume early so we can go get pics and have them back in time before halloween. My mother has a very cute lion costume she bought at cabela, or we have a frog costume, or a blue care bear one. Jared has already put a stop on the care bear, so that one is out. I could buy one for jett but they are sorta expensive for the really cute ones.
He loves animals so i think the lion one would be the best. what should I do??? I know this post is boring but it is on my mind.

Facebook Drama!

Lately I have been a little bit disturbed. I have a friend on facebook that is not afraid to speak her mind. Lets call her Sally. A few days ago she was saying how people are bad parents for letting their kids who are under age 13 get a Facebook account. So she called them liars for letting the kids lie about their age. She upset quite a few people, and most of them were her family members.
Today she was saying how she hates her church ward for being so cheap and not supplying plates and utinsils at the ward party. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't kill her to buy a 5 cent fork and maybe a 10 cent plate! Any ward I have ever been in has always had everyone bring their own plates and utinsils! Also I was surprised she would publically discriminate against the church. Especially over something so small! I don't think that people really think of the effects of their words on there.
I shouldn't be judging her, but its really hard not to! I am no better than her if I go around saying bad things about her. I just wanted to know what everyone else would think about this situation.

Good Bye Chunk

So we had to put our dog, Chunk to sleep yesterday. We got a phone call saying that he had bitten a little boy on the back of the leg. He has never done that before. I wish we would have checked out what happened a little more. Now I think we made the wrong decision. We will miss Chunk alot. This whole thing just really sucks. NO more dogs for me.

Jett's One Year Old Pics

Jett had these taken a few months ago and I am just slow at getting them on here. He was really cute. He liked to pose for the camera. Then he decided to be silly and he kept running behind the backdrop and playing hide and seek. I can't complain too much cuz for the most part he was really good. Usually he ends up throwing a fit and crying.

Can I help it if I have one of the cutest kids there ever once was? NO! I admitt it, He is so freaking cute. The other day a complete stranger stopped me in the grocery store and said "oh my goodness, he is such a cute child!" then Jett cheesed it at her and she then said "Oh he is even cuter when he smiles! my you are in trouble! of course I said thank you!

Then tonight at oak city days another complete stranger told me how cute he was and made me go show him to her daughter.

Jett loves all this attention. He is such a flirt and show off for the ladies.

I have decided I need a t-shirt that says "dont waste your breath, I know my kid is so Freakin' Cute!" or something to that affect (effect?).

Anyway, I know every parent thinks there kid is cute , but im pretty sure I have one that is model material! Oh and i have to mention he is also a good dancer. He already knows the sprinkler and he taught it to himself...no lessons at all!

The Real Grey's Anatomy!

So last weekend Jared took his Harley for a ride to Ely with some friends. He came back Saturday and was as red as a lobster and not feeling too chiper. He complained of nausea and was really hot. He took a nap, but wasn't doing much better when he woke up. His hands and feet were ice cold, and he stopped sweating. So I got to drive him down to the ER at the Delta hospital.
Jett came with us and was really excited to see the new and interesting place. Construction was going on so we got to go through a maze of nails, boards, and plastic walls. We finally made it into the ER.
After checking Jared in:
Dr. Jackson was talking to Jared about his heat exhaustion and Jett let out this really big yell. He was very upset that the doctor was not paying attention to him! He got a sticker, goldfish crackers, and a sucker. I wish when I yelled at the doctor I got such good stuff!
Anywho, Jared got pumped full of 3 bags of iv fluids and got lots of drugs to make him feel better. They also had to do blood tests and a chest x-ray. His temp got up to 103.5!!! He ended up being fine but it kinda scared me cuz it took forever for his temp to drop back to normal.

We finally got to go home at midnight. I am really glad that everything was ok. Jared got the next day off work! He is not allowed to go on motorcycle trips anymore.....well not when it is 105 degrees outside!

Just not the Same!

So, lately I have been feeling kinda homesick....for Hawaii. Im pretty sure I accidentally was placed in Utah. What was the stork thinking? He must have bumped his head, and made a wrong turn. Anyway, I am already planning my next trip out there. Hopefully this time we get to stay longer. We will have more time at the beach since we dont have to do all the touristy things. Be there done that! I am overly super excited and can't wait to go again. This time I am going to try and overcome my fear of snorkeling. I parasailed just fine, but can't even stick my head in 3 feet of water. Doesn't make any sense! I found some really cool spiderman snorkel gear at the dollar general and I think I might just go pick it up! wish me luck.
